Recipe for Mackerel Rillettes with Green Tapenade

Ingredients

For 8 toasts:
  • 1 jar of green tapenade 110g
  • 100g of natural mackerel
  • 3 tablespoons of St Moret
  • Sliced country bread

Recipe

Crumble the mackerel with a fork.

Mix them with the St Moret and the Green Tapenade.

Oil 8 slices of bread and brown them on the grill.

Spread them with the tapenade mixture.
