Eggplant Caviar Pita Recipe

Ingredients

For 4 people:
  • 1 jar of eggplant caviar 380g Jean Martin
  • 4 pita breads
  • half a cucumber
  • a quarter bunch of chives
  • half a bunch of mint
  • half a bunch of coriander
  • Sesame seeds
  • 2 Greek yogurts

Recipe

Cut the cucumber into small cubes and slice the chives, mint and coriander.

Roast a handful of sesame seeds.

Mix everything with Greek yogurt. Salt, pepper.

Warm the pita breads in the oven for a few minutes, then garnish them with 2 tablespoons of eggplant caviar and 2 other spoons of the yogurt mixture.

Serve as a starter with a salad.
