Pita au caviar d'aubergine

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of eggplant caviar 380g Jean Martin
- 4 pita breads
- half a cucumber
- a quarter bunch of chives
- half a bunch of mint
- half a bunch of coriander
- Sesame seeds
- 2 Greek yogurts
Recipe
Cut the cucumber into small cubes and slice the chives, mint and coriander.
Roast a handful of sesame seeds.
Mix everything with Greek yogurt. Salt, pepper.
Warm the pita breads in the oven for a few minutes, then garnish them with 2 tablespoons of eggplant caviar and 2 other spoons of the yogurt mixture.
Serve as a starter with a salad.
