Quiche à la Poivronade et au saumon

Ingredients
For 8 people:- 1 jar of pepperade
- 6 eggs
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 200 g sliced smoked salmon
- 1 lemon
Recipe
Beat the eggs and mix them with the Pepperade.
On the previously punched shortcrust pastry, place slices of smoked salmon then pour the mixture.
Slice the lemon then place the slices on the tart.
Place in the oven at 210°C for 30 min.
