Ingredients
1 jar of Jean Martin Pissaladière Onions
1 bread dough (homemade or from the baker) or a rectangular pizza dough
olive oil
2 small tomatoes
Recipe
On the oven tray, spread the bread dough or roll out pizza dough, leaving the baking paper on.
Garnish with the pissaladière onions.
Coat the edges of the dough with olive oil or milk.
Spread a few slices of tomatoes on top and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°.
