Ingredients
- 1 jar of eggplant caviar 380g
- 3 eggs
- Brick sheets
- Fresh mint
Recipe
Beat 3 eggs and add the jar of eggplant caviar. Add a few chopped fresh mint leaves.
Divide the mixture into 6 to 8 pastry sheets. Fold the sides and fold to obtain small pads.
Bake in a hot oven (200°C) for 15 min. Serve with a tomato salad.
