Tortillas ç la crème de tomates séchées

Ingredients
- 1 jar of Sundried tomato cream 110g Jean Martin
- 4 small corn pancakes (approximately 15 cm in diameter)
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- fresh basilic
- olive oil
Recipe
Generously spread Sundried Tomato Cream on 2 pancakes, up to 5 mm from the edge.
Cut the mozzarella ball into thin slices. Place them on each of the 2 already spread pancakes
Add 2/3 torn fresh basil leaves on top
Cover with a pancake to form a sandwich
