Ratatouille Pie Jean Martin

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Ratatouille Jean Martin 600g
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of liquid whole cream
  • 200g smoked bacon
  • Tabasco or Espelette pepper
  • Thyme or herbs of Provence
  • Puff pastry or pizza dough to roll out

Recipe

Spread the puff pastry in a tart mold and pre-bake for around 15 minutes at 210°C.

In a salad bowl, mix the whole eggs, crème fraîche, bacon, Ratatouille and herbs. Salt and pepper.

Pour this mixture onto the precooked dough then return to the oven for around 30 minutes.

Serve with a nice salad for a light and balanced lunch.
