Ingredients
For 6 persons :- 1 jar of eggplant riste 600g Jean Martin
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- Raw vegetables: carrots, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, turnip, blue radish, pepper, white and red onions
- A drizzle of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley for garnish
Recipe
Spread a nice layer of eggplant riste on a shortcrust pastry.
Arrange some sliced vegetables.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
