Ratatouille Potato Gratin Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of Ratatouille 600g Jean Martin
- 4 potatoes
- 150g bacon
- County
- Salt pepper
Recipe
Peel and cook the potatoes in water or steam.
In a pan, brown the bacon.
Reduce the heat and add the Ratatouille.
In a gratin dish, place a base of the ratatouille/bacon mixture.
Layer large slices of potatoes.
Salt, pepper then add more ratatouille.
Finally cover with thin strips of Comté cheese.
Place in the grill for 10 minutes.
For more deliciousness, add a second layer of potatoes!
