Caponata Squid Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of Caponata 360g Jean Martin
- 8 squid
- 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 4 tomatoes
Recipe
Empty the squid and clean them.
Cut the tentacles into small cubes.
Brown the 4 tomatoes cut into small pieces with 4 spoons of Caponata.
In a salad bowl, mix the Caponata tomatoes with the tentacles and breadcrumbs to obtain a stuffing. Salt and pepper.
Stuff the squid with the mixture and close with a toothpick.
In a pan, place some Caponata base and brown the squid. When they are colored, lower the heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
For a complete dish, add mozzarella to the stuffing!
