Bell Pepper Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of Poivronade 360g Jean Martin
- 1 pizza dough
- 1 small sweet onion
- Smoked salmon slices
- 120g mozzarella
- Rocket
- 1 squeeze of lemon
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spread the dough on a floured baking sheet.
Spread with pepperade and sprinkle with sliced onions.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Take out the pizza, place slices of smoked salmon and cover with mozzarella. Bake again for 10 minutes.
When serving, add rocket leaves and sprinkle with a squeeze of lemon.
