Ingredients
- 1 Black tapenade 110g Organic
- Grenaille variety potatoes
Recipe
Immerse the potatoes in a saucepan of cold, heavily salted water. Bring the water to a boil and cook for approximately 20 minutes.
Cut the potatoes in 2 lengthwise. Hollow out the insides slightly and garnish with black tapenade.
Sear in a pan with a little fat, flesh side down, until nicely browned.
