Potato gratin with Anch'olivade

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Anch’olivade 110g
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 25cl of milk
  • 25 cl of whole crème fraîche
  • 50g grated cheese

Recipe

Butter a gratin mold.

Cut the potatoes into the thinnest possible strips and place them in the mold.

Gently heat 25cl of crème fraîche and 25cl of milk in a saucepan.

As soon as the mixture is hot, mix 1 jar of Anch'olivade 110g. Salt.

Pour over the potatoes until they reach the height.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake at 180°C for 45 min to 1 hour.
