Ingredients

  • Eggplant caviar Jean Martin
  • Tomatoes
  • Smoked salmon
  • chive

Recipe

Place tomatoes cut into small dice at the bottom of the glass.

Cover with eggplant caviar.

Finish with crumbled smoked salmon and a few stalks of chives.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
