Recipe for Small Vegetarian Paptons

Ingredients

  • Eggplant caviar Jean Martin 380g
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche
  • 1 or 2 red peppers
  • Olive oil

Recipe

Cut the pepper into small cubes and brown them in olive oil for a few minutes in a pan.

Beat 6 eggs with 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche.

Add the jar of eggplant caviar and the small diced peppers.

Pour the mixture into small molds (muffin molds) and bake in a hot oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
