Recipe for Eggplant caviar toast with raw ham

Ingredients

  • Country bread (or rye bread)
  • Eggplant caviar Jean Martin
  • Raw or speck ham
  • Green salad

Recipe

Toast nice slices of country bread: you can lightly coat them with olive oil with a brush and grill them for a few minutes.

Spread the eggplant caviar on the bread and add thin strips of raw ham.

Serve with a salad.

Variation: Replace the raw ham with smoked salmon for a more refined starter!
