Croque-martin recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Jean Martin eggplant riste
  • 1 jar of Jean Martin garlic cream
  • 1 jar of Jean Martin Provence Barbecue sauce
  • 2 slices of crustless sandwich bread
  • 1 slice of Emmental
  • A few shavings of parmesan
  • Ricotta / Arugula

Recipe

On a slice of sandwich bread, spread a layer of garlic cream and a layer of eggplant riste, then place the slice of Emmental cheese and a few shavings of parmesan on top. On the other slice, spread Barbecue sauce and a little ricotta.

Assemble the 2 parts and butter the croque on both sides.

Grill on the barbecue or in a pan for a few minutes on each side. Serve with a few rocket leaves. Enjoy your food !
