Candied Tomato Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Jean Martin candied tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g of flour
  • 1 sachet of baker's yeast
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 100 g of raw ham or bacon
  • 60 g grated cheese
  • thyme
  • pepper

Recipe

Mix the flour, yeast and 3 eggs. Pour in the milk and the tomato oil. Cut the tomatoes into pieces. Make ham strips. Grate the cheese. Add everything to the preparation. Add a little thyme. Salt and pepper. Fill muffin molds (6 cm in diameter = 18 to 20 pieces). Cook for approximately 30 minutes at 180°C.
