Ratatouille muffin recipe

Ingredients
For 6 persons :- 1 jar of Ratatouille 360g Jean Martin
- 2 eggs
- 100g of flour
- 2 tbsp. tablespoon of milk
- Herbs of Provence
- 1 C. tablespoon of bicarbonate
- 50g parmesan
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix 200g of ratatouille with the eggs and milk.
Gradually add the flour, bicarbonate and parmesan.
Add some Provençal herbs.
Mix and pour into muffin tins. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan and some herbs before serving.
