Sicilian Pasta Salad Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people :1 jar of Jean Martin Caponata
- 300g wholemeal pasta cooked al dente
- A few fresh basil leaves
- 2 zucchini in crunchy tagliatelle
- 1 burrata for treats
- 1 drizzle of olive oil to enhance everything
Recipe
Cook the pasta according to the directions on its packaging. Rinse them in cold water to stop the cooking.
Cut the zucchini lengthwise with a mandolin or grate them.
In a large salad bowl, pour the drained pasta, the jar of Caponata, the zucchini, a few fresh basil leaves, 1 drizzle of olive oil, a few optional capers to enhance the flavors and the burrata to cut at the last moment!
