Chakchouka recipe with piperade

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of Piperade 600g Jean Martin
- 3 eggs
- 1 spring onion
- 100 g of feta
- 1 lawyer
- Coriander
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Recipe
Heat the Piperade in a pan.
After letting it simmer for a few minutes, crack some eggs into the pan and cook them over low heat until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.
Add onion, avocado and feta to top it all off.
Serve with toasted bread.
