Savory Ratatouille crumble recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of Ratatouille 600g Jean Martin
- 100g of vegetable margarine or butter
- 200g corn flour
- 50 g of parmesan
- 1 C. teaspoon of green anise seeds
- Salt and pepper
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix the margarine to give it a more malleable texture.
Gradually add the flour.
Grate the parmesan and add to the mixture.
Add salt, pepper and anise seeds. Mix until you get a crumbly texture.
Pour the ratatouille into small individual ramekins or a large gratin dish.
Cover with crumble dough.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the oven at 200°C.
Serve with a few fresh basil leaves.
