Scallops with black tapenade

Prepare this recipe at the last minute.

Season the arugula with a drizzle of olive oil and place a few leaves in mini ceramic spoons (or mini cups, as you wish).

Place ½ teaspoon of black tapenade on the salad.

Cook the scallops: in a large non-stick frying pan, heat the butter and oil over high heat. When the pan is hot, add the nuts. For perfect cooking, one minute on each side.

Drain them quickly and place each nut on the bed of Tapenade and arugula.

Add pepper to your taste and garnish with a touch of Tapenade.

Serve the scallops immediately and enjoy them immediately.
