Ingredients

Recipe

Peel and cook your potatoes in boiling water or in a casserole dish.

When they are well cooked, drain them and roughly mash them with a fork or a manual potato masher.

Add salt and pepper.

Add the crème fraîche and black tapenade (at least 2 tablespoons).

Mix and add a few touches of tapenade as decoration.

Serve hot with duck breast or grilled meat.
