Recette d'écrasée de pommes de terre à la tapenade noire

Ingredients
For 6 persons- 1 jar of black Tapenade 110g Jean Martin
- 7 large potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of thick crème fraîche
- Salt and pepper
Recipe
Peel and cook your potatoes in boiling water or in a casserole dish.
When they are well cooked, drain them and roughly mash them with a fork or a manual potato masher.
Add salt and pepper.
Add the crème fraîche and black tapenade (at least 2 tablespoons).
Mix and add a few touches of tapenade as decoration.
Serve hot with duck breast or grilled meat.
