Recipe for gourmet fir with black tapenade

Ingredients
For 12 cookies- 2 puff pastries
- 2 jars of Jean Martin black tapenade 110g
- 1 egg for gilding
Recipe
Place puff pastry on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
Brush the dough with tapenade.
Cover with puff pastry
Using a knife or a pizza wheel, cut out the circle of dough in the shape of a tree.
Make cuts on each side of the triangle to form the branches of the tree. Twist each branch one after the other
Brush the tree with a beaten egg using a brush.
Preheat the oven to 210°C. Once hot, put the tree in the oven for 25 minutes of cooking.
This recipe can also be made with other spreads, such as dried tomato cream or even anch'olivade !
