Recette de Nids croustillants d’aubergine à la parmesane

Ingredients
For 3 crispies:- 1 jar of Eggplant with parmesan Jean Martin 600g
- 1/2 jar of Pistou Jean Martin 100g
- 6 sheets of brick
- 3 eggs
- 30 to 50g feta
- A little thyme
Recipe
Fold the brick sheets in 2 and cut a round with a diameter slightly larger than that of your ramekins.
Spread 4 layers of brick sheets per mold and brush with Pistou Jean Martin.
Pour 1 to 2 tablespoons of Jean Martin Eggplant Parmesan per ramekin and crack an egg on each of them.
Place in the oven for 15/20 minutes at 180°C.
Add a handful of crumbled feta and a sprig of thyme per mold.
It's ready !
