Buddha bowl cabbage recipe

Ingredients
For 2 people:- 1 jar of Organic Mediterranean Tabbouleh 380g Jean Martin
- 1 jar of Organic Hummus 110g Jean Martin
- 1 jar of Organic black Tapenade 110g Jean Martin
- 1 carrot
- ½ Chinese cabbage
- ½ black radish
- ¼ red cabbage
- 1 small broccoli
- 1 can of tuna
- Lemon juice
- Germinated seeds
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Recipe
In a pan of boiling salted water, cook the broccoli for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the hummus and tuna. Season.
Make a vinaigrette by mixing 2 tbsp. to s. of Tapenade with a spoonful of lemon juice and one of balsamic vinegar.
Whisk everything with a little olive oil.
Finely cut the vegetables.
In deep plates, place a little of each vegetable, Tabbouleh, Tuna Hummus mixture and Tapenade vinaigrette.
Sprinkle with sprouted seeds.
Vary your vegetables depending on the season!
