Mediterranean Buddha bowl recipe

Ingredients
For 2 people:- 1 jar of Organic Hummus 110g Jean Martin
- 1 jar of Organic Quinoa Tabbouleh 345g Jean Martin
- 1 package of ready-made falafels from the store
- 1 tomato
- ½ cucumber
- ½ yellow zucchini
- Pickled peppers
- Mesclun
- Fried onions
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
Recipe
Heat the falafels in the oven according to the instructions on the package.
Finely cut the zucchini, tomato and cucumber. Wash the mixed greens.
In deep plates, place a little Quinoa Tabbouleh on the mesclun then, alongside, pieces of zucchini, tomatoes and cucumber.
Add some falafel and marinated peppers. Drizzle everything with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and sprinkle with fried onions.
When serving, add the hummus to the center of the plate.
Vary your vegetables depending on the season!
