Provençal chili con carne recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of Poivronade 360g Jean Martin
- 1 jar of organic tomato and thyme sauce 240g Jean Martin
- 500g of minced meat (stew)
- 500g sausage meat
- 500g red beans
- Chili Spice Blend
- Sunflower oil
Recipe
In a saucepan, brown the meats.
Season with 1 tbsp. to c. loaded with chili spices then pour in the pepperade.
Rinse the beans with cold water and add them to the pot.
Complete with the jar of Tomato Thyme Sauce and a jar of water.
Cover the pan and simmer for 40 minutes at a low simmer.
Taste before adding salt as the sausage meat is often already seasoned.
