Recipe for Lou Burger with Black Tapenade

Ingredients
For 1 burger:- 1 jar of onion confit 140g Jean Martin
- 1 jar of black Tapenade 110g Jean Martin
- 1 chopped veal steak
- 1 burger bun
- 1 tsp thick crème fraîche
- 1 tomato
- Sliced goat cheese (volume)
- Fresh basilic
- Salt pepper
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Brown the chopped veal steak in a pan in a little fat: cook it pink. Salt and pepper.
On one half of a burger bun, spread a large tbsp. to c. onion confit.
Place the steak on top, a slice of goat cheese, a slice of fresh tomato and a few fresh basil leaves.
In a bowl, dilute the black tapenade with 1 tbsp. to c. thick crème fraîche.
On the second half of the bun, place a large teaspoon of this mixture and cover the burger.
Place it in a hot oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
