Panini Recipe with Sundried Tomato Cream

Ingredients
For 2 people:- 1 jar of Jean Martin dried tomato cream 110g
- 1 jar of Pistou Jean Martin 100g
- 2 panini buns
- 4 slices of coppa
- 1 ball of mozzarella cut into slices
- 1 tomato
Recipe
Open the panini bread and spread with Sundried Tomato Cream.
Add 2 slices of coppa, ½ mozzarella cut into slices, 2 slices of tomato, and finish with a teaspoon of Pistou per panini.
Sear on both sides in a pan in a little fat or in a panini press.
