Eggplant caviar pizza

Ingredients

For 4 people:
  • 1 jar of eggplant caviar 380g Jean Martin
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 4 button mushrooms
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • 120g mozzarella
  • Black olives
  • Herbs of Provence

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

Spread the dough on a floured baking sheet. Cover it with eggplant caviar.

Garnish with sliced mushrooms, ham and mozzarella.

Season with pepper and sprinkle with Provence herbs.

Add the olives and bake for 20 minutes.
