Eggplant, Tomato and Feta Riste Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of eggplant riste 600g Jean Martin
- 1 pizza dough
- 4 grape tomatoes
- 200g feta
- Green olives
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spread the dough on a floured baking sheet.
Wash and cut the tomatoes into thin slices then let them drain.
Drain the feta and crumble it into a bowl.
Place the eggplant riste on the tart base. Then, sprinkle the tomatoes, feta and olives evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes.
