Cherry tomato tatin with tapenade

Ingredients

For 4 people:
  • 1 puff pastry
  • Black tapenade 110g Organic or conventional
  • 4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 450 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe

Brush 4 tartlet molds with olive oil.

Sprinkle them with caster sugar.

Distribute the cherry tomatoes among the molds, squeezing them a little.

Sprinkle them with parmesan.

Cut 4 circles of puff pastry using a cookie cutter, prick them with a fork,

then spread them with tapenade.

Cover the cherry tomatoes with puff pastry.

Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 200°C.

Unmold after cooking and serve warm.
