Pizetta with eggplant riste

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of JM eggplant riste 600g

  • 1 pizza dough

  • Mozzarella

  • olive oil

  • fresh basilic.

Recipe

Unroll the pizza dough. Cut circles 6 to 8 cm in diameter, using a glass for example. Place them on the baking paper and coat them with olive oil or milk. Bake them in a hot oven (180°) for about 8 minutes. Add a little eggplant riste on each pizzetta and mozzarella on top. Return to the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Decorate with a basil leaf.
