Recipe for Prawn Skewers with Chickpea Cream

Small original skewers for an aperitif:

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of Jean Martin chickpea cream 110g
  • A few scallops (or scallops)
  • A few prawns (or shrimps)
  • Some spices: ras el-hanout

Recipe

Make small skewers composed of peeled prawns and raw scallops. Sear them in a buttered pan and season with a little raz el-hanout. Dip in Jean Martin Chickpea Cream as an aperitif.
