Small original skewers for an aperitif:
Ingredients
- 1 jar of Jean Martin chickpea cream 110g
- A few scallops (or scallops)
- A few prawns (or shrimps)
- Some spices: ras el-hanout
Recipe
Make small skewers composed of peeled prawns and raw scallops. Sear them in a buttered pan and season with a little raz el-hanout. Dip in Jean Martin Chickpea Cream as an aperitif.
