Ingredients
- 1 jar of black tapenade, dried tomato cream or Jean Martin Anch'olivade
- 1 puff pastry
- olive oil
Recipe
Unroll the puff pastry and spread the jar of black tapenade, dried tomato cream or Anch'olivade over its entire surface. Roll up the dough again, keeping the baking paper. Place in the freezer for 2 hours. Cut the roll into thin rounds. Place them on the oven tray or on the baking paper. Coat them with olive oil or milk and bake in a hot oven (180°) for 15 to 20 minutes.
