Pasta recipe with creamy pepper and burrata sauce

Ingredients

For 4 people :
  • 1 jar of Cream of peppers 110g Jean Martin
  • 400g of tagliatelle tortellini
  • 1 burrata
  • 1 onion
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of ricotta
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe

Bring a saucepan filled with hot water to a boil and cook the pasta.

Drain and reserve.

Slice an onion and brown in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.

Reduce the heat and pour in the pepper cream.

Add the ricotta and mix until you obtain a creamy and homogeneous texture.

Add the pasta and mix everything over medium heat.

Salt and pepper.

Roughly cut the burrata and add to the preparation.

Arrange a few basil leaves before serving.
