Recipe for mini puff pastry with mushrooms and truffle hummus

Ingredients
For 5 people:- 1 jar of truffle hummus 110g Jean Martin
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 handful of pea sprouts
- 5 fresh button mushrooms
- 5 slices of Chioggia beetroot (option)
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Spread the puff pastry.
Cut 10 discs from the puff pastry and place on a baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Leave to cool for a few minutes.
Thinly slice the mushrooms.
Spread 5 circles of dough with the Hummus and arrange the mushroom slices.
Close with 1 circle of dough on each puff pastry and place a final layer of hummus on top.
Decorate with a few pea sprouts and a slice of chioggia beetroot.
