- 1 pack of Jean Martin “Original” Tabbouleh 630g
- 1 to 2 handfuls of chopped salad (arugula, Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, chicory, etc.)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- parsley
Recipe
Mix the contents of the jar with the semolina well, then place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Chop the salad, mint and parsley. Add to the preparation at the last moment.
