Cod carpaccio and creamy artichoke

Ingredients

For 2 people :

Recipe

Cut very thin slices of cod and thin strips of lime. Arrange nicely on a dish.

Pour in the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Finely slice the red onion and add to the preparation.

Arrange some sprouts.

Add a few slices of vinegared artichokes.

Sprinkle with dill.

Serve with a tbsp. tablespoon of artichoke cream with truffle.
