Cod Carpaccio and Creamy Artichoke Recipe

Ingredients
For 2 people :- 1 Artichoke cream with truffle 110g Jean Martin
- 1 fillet of cod
- 1 lime
- 1 red onion
- Salt pepper
- Pea sprouts
- Vinegar artichokes
- Olive oil
- Dill
Recipe
Cut very thin slices of cod and thin strips of lime. Arrange nicely on a dish.
Pour in the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Finely slice the red onion and add to the preparation.
Arrange some sprouts.
Add a few slices of vinegared artichokes.
Sprinkle with dill.
Serve with a tbsp. tablespoon of artichoke cream with truffle.
