Ingredients

For 2 people :
  • 1 jar of Anch'olivade 110g Jean Martin
  • 2 bagel buns
  • 1 yellow zucchini
  • 1 handful of rocket
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 small green pepper (optional)

Recipe

Cut the bagel breads in two widthwise and spread them with Anch'olivade.

Grate the yellow zucchini and place it on the lower part of the bread.

Add the radishes and green pepper cut into slices, a little arugula, 1 drizzle of olive oil. Salt, pepper and place the “cap” of the bread.
