Vegetable Chili Tacos Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people :- jar of vegetable chili 520g Jean Martin
- 4 tortillas (corn pancakes)
- 1 or 2 zucchini
- 1 lemon
- 2 lawyers
- 200 g of corn
- Coriander
- Leek sprouts
- 200g ground beef (optional)
Recipe
Cut the zucchini into thin strips lengthwise, if possible using a mandolin, and sauté them in a pan with the juice of a lemon.
Brown the ground meat in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Then add the jar of Jean Martin vegetable chili and heat over low heat.
Cut the avocados into pieces.
Garnish your tortillas with the chili mixture, then marinated zucchini tagliatelle, avocado, corn and leek sprouts.
For a veggie version, just don't add the ground meat!
