Pita recipe with black tapenade and spinach

Ingredients
For 1 person:- 1 jar of black Tapenade 110g Jean Martin
- 1 Pita bread
- A few fresh spinach leaves
- Nores olives
- Onion
- Emmental
- 1 Tomato
Recipe
Heat your pita bread in the oven for a few minutes.
Cut it in two and open it widthwise.
Spread a generous layer of black tapenade in your pita bread.
Garnish it with fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, olives, sliced onions and grated Emmental cheese.
