Recipe for Sucrine and Carmine Duo, Mimosa Egg Style

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of green tapenade 110g Jean Martin
- 1 jar of Anch'olivade 110g Jean Martin
- 2 or 3 hearts of sucrine, endive and carmine
- 3 eggs
- 300 g of fresh goat's cheese, ricotta or bush cheese
- A few radishes
- Chive
Recipe
Cook the hard-boiled eggs for 9 minutes in boiling water. After cooling, mash them with a fork.
Prepare the 2 mixtures in 2 different bowls with, for each, 150 g of fresh goat's cheese and one of the Jean Martin recipes.
You can then garnish the leaves with a piping bag or a small spoon.
Sprinkle with crushed hard-boiled egg, radish slices and chopped chives.
