Recipe for salmon tartare, avocado and black tapenade

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 1 jar of black Tapenade 110g Jean Martin
- 300g salmon
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 lime
- 1 ripe avocado
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- A few basil leaves
Recipe
Cut the fresh salmon and smoked salmon into cubes.
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle it with the juice of half a lime + 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Lightly salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for 10 min.
Prepare the avocado: cut it in the middle, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon. Cut it into small cubes and add them to the salmon.
Mix gently so as not to crush the avocado.
Spread a tablespoon of black tapenade in the bottom of a glass. Repeat the operation for the other 3 verrines.
Fill each with the salmon and avocado.
Place a dab of black tapenade in the center and a basil leaf.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy chilled.
