Artichoke Cream Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
For 4 people:- 2 jars of Artichoke cream 110g Jean Martin
- 300g pasta
- 125g of ricotta
- 4 slices of raw ham
- Pine nuts
- Rocket
Recipe
Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
In a pan, melt the ricotta with a little pasta cooking water and add the artichoke cream. Salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
Serve on plates and decorate with a chiffonade of raw ham, a few pine nuts and rocket leaves.
