Ingredients
For 1 person:- 1 jar of Organic eggplant cream 110g Jean Martin
- 30g of lamb’s lettuce
- 1 tomato
- ¼ cucumber
- Marinated Peppers
- Pine nuts
- Fried onions
- 60g Brie
- Salt pepper
Recipe
Wash then cut the tomato and cucumber into strips.
Cut thin slices of brie.
Reheat the tortilla for 10 seconds in the microwave before filling it.
Spread with eggplant cream and place the strips of raw vegetables in the center of the tortilla.
Add the marinated peppers, the brie and finish with a few leaves of lamb's lettuce.
Salt and pepper then sprinkle with pine nuts and fried onions.
Fold the ends of the two opposite sides of the wrap inwards. Roll up the remaining two sides, holding tightly. Stitch the wrap with 2 wooden picks to keep it closed.
To obtain two equal wraps, cut it widthwise.
Depending on the season, don't hesitate to vary the vegetables: radishes, carrots, asparagus...
