A very delicious recipe for zucchini cooked with tomatoes, flavored with Provence basil and enriched with creamy mozzarella! Delicious as a gratin, on bruschetta or simply as an accompaniment.

Ingredients: Zucchini 33%, tomatoes 17%, tomato paste 10%, onions, tomato coulis 7%, CREAM, MOZZARELLA 6% (pasteurized cow's MILK, salt, lactic ferments, microbial coagulant, anti-caking agent E 406), basil 3%, extra virgin olive oil, sunflower oil, white wine, salt, garlic, concentrated lemon juice, pepper.

Recipes :
For an express gratin, pour the mixture into a gratin dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and breadcrumbs, or mix with 300g of tuna, then brown in a very hot oven (210°C).
