Ingredients

  • 1 Preparation for Falafels Jean Martin
  • 1 jar of Jean Martin Quinoa Tabbouleh
  • 1 jar of Jean Martin green tapenade
  • 1 jar of Jean Martin candied tomatoes
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • Heart of lettuce
  • 1/3 avocado
  • Chives / Coriander
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • roasted sesame seeds

Recipe

Prepare your Jean Martin falafels: form balls and cook them for 15 minutes in the oven at 200°C.

In a large deep plate, place a base of Jean Martin quinoa tabbouleh at the bottom.

Arrange on top, arranged like flower petals, a few falafels, the cucumber cut into sticks, the avocado cut into slices, a few candied tomatoes, the heart of lettuce and a quenelle of green tapenade.

Accompany the falafels with a yogurt sauce by mixing 1 yogurt with chopped parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Sprinkle the plate with chopped chives and coriander, as well as roasted sesame seeds. Drizzle the vegetables with a drizzle of olive oil.
